Ballyhoura Hostel is a 5 star luxury hostel in the Ballyhoura Mountains. We are situated in the town of Kilfinane in Co. Limerick with numerous activities on our doorstep including mountain biking, hiking, horseriding, clay pigeon shooting and kayaking.
The hostel itself is very luxurious with hotel grade mattresses, fine linen, hand crafted solid hardwood beds, a cosy sitting room with big comfy couches and an open fire, a fully equipped self-catering kitchen, a large dining room and a sauna.
We have a 14 bed dorm, 2 family rooms, 3 four bed dorms and a six bed dorm. Outside we have secure off street parking, bike wash area, bike lock up and drying room.
The hostel is perfect for those travelling independently or in groups/families/friends/work colleagues. With so many activities it is a perfect place to organise a reunion or a team building experience. Prices range from €20 to €35 per person per night. The entire hostel itself can be booked out at excellent value.
With pubs, restaurant and shops just right up the street there is lots to do and the locals are very welcoming.
